What do you do when, at the behest of family, you decide to yield to them because you are 79 and they want you to live closer?  I decided to put my home up for sale thinking I would have six months to sell & resettle.  I put a deposit on a duplex in an over-55 development close to my family.  But  "pouf", my home sold in less than a month and the buyers wanted possession in 25 days!

In my case, I had an agent who not only found a NEW townhouse I could afford, but it was also ALL ON ONE LEVEL.  She made arrangements for my deposit to be returned on the duplex, I moved into my townhome, and am now settled.  My agent was Becky Roach, and I recommend her highly.
